By accessing or using the ValueSaar platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ValueSaar Technologies Private Limited ("ValueSaar", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

Prohibited activities include: posting false or misleading product information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform, distributing spam, and circumventing security features.

ValueSaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Sellers on ValueSaar are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability. ValueSaar acts as an intermediary marketplace and does not manufacture, store, or directly sell products.

All listings are subject to ValueSaar's content policy. Products that are prohibited by law, counterfeit, or infringe intellectual property rights are strictly forbidden and will be removed without notice.

ValueSaar employs an AI Bargaining Engine to facilitate price negotiations between buyers and sellers. Final prices agreed upon through this mechanism are binding on both parties once confirmed.

Product images and descriptions are provided by sellers. ValueSaar does not warrant the accuracy of such content but will take appropriate action upon receiving verified complaints.

An order is considered confirmed only when the buyer receives a written confirmation from ValueSaar. Sellers must process and dispatch orders within the specified handling time or risk order cancellation and penalties.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ValueSaar supports multiple payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and EMI options.

In the event of a payment failure, the amount will not be deducted. If a deduction occurs due to a technical error, ValueSaar will initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Buyers may cancel orders before the seller has dispatched the item. Post-dispatch cancellations must follow the Returns & Refund Policy. ValueSaar charges a platform fee as disclosed at checkout.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes information used to improve services, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.

ValueSaar will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

In case of a dispute between buyer and seller, ValueSaar provides a dispute resolution mechanism through the Platform. Both parties must cooperate in good faith to resolve the issue.

ValueSaar's liability in any dispute shall be limited to the transaction value directly processed through the Platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

ValueSaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural disasters, government actions, or any other force majeure events.

Users indemnify ValueSaar against claims arising from their violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable e-commerce regulations.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
